Jacob Paarechuga Anankware

Currently, Anankware is the founder and CEO of AnePaare Farms where he focuses on insect rearing for food, feed, and nutrition. Dr. Anankware holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Entomology. He is also a Post-doctoral scholar at the University of Michigan in the USA. Anankware is passionate about malnutrition, food insecurity, and poverty. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Dr. Anankware plans to return to Ghana to rear nutritious edible insects for a food secure Africa.Dr. Jacob Paarechuga Anankware has over six years of experience in research and business.
