Jade Osiberu
Jade Osiberu started her journey as a filmmaker when she created Ndani- TV, a first of it kind online content marketing platform whilst working in communications and branding at one of Nigeria’s leading Banks. Ms Osiberu went on to write, produce and direct Isoken, 2017’s 3rd highest grossing film. Isoken premiered in 15 cinemas across the UK and went on to win the ‘Prix du Public’ (Audience Award) at the Nollywood Week Paris festival, Best Film and Best Director at the 2018 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, as Best Nigerian Film and Best Costume Design at the 2018 African Movie Academy Awards, Diversity Excellence Award at the MIPCOM and Best International Feature at Bronzelens Film FestivaL. In 2019, her second production ‘Sugar Rush’ was the highest grossing Nollywood Film released in 2019. She went on to produce Tunde Kelani’s multiple Award-Winning biopics, Ayinla. In 2022, She produced Brotherhood, Nigeria’s most talked about action movie and went on to become the highest grossing film of 2022. Jade also wrote, directed, and produced Gangs of Lagos, which has been acquired by Amazon as the streamer’s first original film from Africa. The film is highly anticipated and was released globally on the streamer’s platform in April 2023.
