Jakline Vissolela António
Jakline António has seven years’ experience in human resources management, mainly in the oil and gas industry. She is currently a human resources manager at Angola Integrated Services, where she initiates, designs and implements all human recources activities in the company. She is a social activist who believes and fights for equal rights, and she teaches literacy and English in her community. In 2015 Jakline started a human resources consultancy. She currently aims to start a plastic recycling company manufacturing garbage bins in order to create jobs and reduce waste, which is the main cause of sickness in her area. Jakline Vissolela António holds a national diploma in Human Resources Management from Vaal University of Technology in South Africa, and is doing her master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources at Roehampton University in London. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, she plans to set up her recycling company.
