JAMES P M NDEGWA

Mr. Ndegwa holds an MA (Hons) degree from Oxford University, UK, and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. He is the Chairman of First Chartered Securities Limited and a director of several companies. Prior to his present position, he was the Managing Director of Lion of Kenya Insurance Company until 2003. He joined the Board on 19 November 2003 and was appointed Chairman in 2005.
