Jane Bruyns

Prior to joining Massmart, Jane Bruyns worked for Masscash as HR Director from February 2006 until April 2015. Jane has 22 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in the Wholesale and Retail industry ranging from Recruitment, Learning & Development, Union Negotiations, Performance & Development Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics. Jane’s specialities include Coaching and Leadership Development and Organisational Ethics.
Whilst at Henley Jane was awarded the prize for outstanding academic achievement for leadership effectiveness and the prize for outstanding academic achievement for managing people.
Jane joined the Massmart Executive Committee in May 2015.
