Jaqueline de Sousa Pateguana
Jaqueline de Sousa Pateguana is a Chevening Scholar alumnus, and an experienced project and business manager. Jaqueline de Sousa Pateguana holds a master’s in Science and Technology Policy from SPRU, at the University of Sussex and has over five years of experience working in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector in Mozambique. Currently, Jaqueline is the advisor to the minister of transport and communications. She has served in various other positions for organizations including the National Commission for Digital Migration (COMID), Statoil Oil and Gas Mozambique AS, and Mozambique Cellular (mcel). Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship(Africa), Jaqueline intends to continue her work in public policy, with a focus on designing regulatory frameworks for increased competition.
