Jean Felix Mwema Ngandu

Jean Felix Mwema Ngandu has over six years’ experience in various fields including youth capacity-building, civic engagement, social work, peace-building, intercultural dialogue, and volunteerism. Currently, he is a consultant and training facilitator for several organizations and particularly for the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Kinshasa where he focuses on strengthening capacities of political party actors. He also volunteers in several organizations as a trainer and leadership coach for the youth and teaches in the department of peace education at the Maria Malkia University of Lubumbashi. Jean Felix Mwema Ngandu holds a Master’s degree in Peace, Leadership and Governance from Africa University in Zimbabwe, as well as two further degrees in Organizational Communications and Information, and Communication Sciences both received from the University of Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Jean Felix plans to continue his work in youth capacity building and public management
