Jean Precylhya Ndongui
Jean Precylhya Ndongui has over seven years of experience in the microfinance and community development sectors, focusing on breaking the cycle of unemployment and poverty. Currently, Jean Precylhya Ndongui is the founder and CEO of LEB CONGO(Africa), an NGO focused on offering practical training in leadership and entrepreneurship and business and funding youth-created projects. Jean holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of ESGA in the Republic of Congo where he focused on business management and marketing. He is driven by his commitment to poverty alleviation. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Jean plans to continue equipping young and unemployed graduates with practical tools and funding for their project ideas.
