Jennifer Oluwabunmi Agunloye
Jennifer Oluwabunmi Agunloye has over five years’ experience as a writer and a social entrepreneur. Currently, Jennifer serves as the executive director of the Girl Should Thrive Initiative, an NGO focusing on improving the lives of girls and women in rural and underprivileged communities in northern Nigeria. They also create awareness by sharing the stories of these women through movies and documentary films. Jennifer holds a degree in Petroleum Technology from the University of Jos. Jennifer Oluwabunmi Agunloye aspires to see girls in rural areas gain access to opportunities and reach their highest potential. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Jennifer plans to make a documentary about her time in the United States to inspire the girls with whom she is working. She hopes to motivate them to dream big and reach for the stars.
