Jo-Ann Pohl

I have experience spanning start-ups to listed corporates and have operated locally, regionally and globally. I was appointed Group CFO at Bowmans in October 2017 and sits on the Board of CAFSA, Sanari Capital and MMI Lending as a Non-Executive Director.

Previously I was consulting to Texton Property Fund Ltd and an Executive Director and Group CFO for Telesure Investment Holdings leading Finance, Treasury and Risk and playing a pivotal role in executing on Group strategy. Prior to that I worked at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) as CFO for Africa and an executive member of the Africa and Global Finance Management Groups providing leadership, strategic direction, governance oversight, external stakeholder management and business partnership to 15 countries in Africa and Finance across SCB. Finance, the Africa shared service centres and corporate real estate teams fell under my remit.
