Implementing coal growth projects to create future value beyond 2025, and optimising our ‘Resources to Market’ journey to create maximum value from our Coal resources, all fall under my scope of responsibility. However, the most important facet of my work is being an authentic leader, creating hope for employees and the citizens of South Africa.
