Johan Rossouw

Johan Rossouw, Group Economist of the Vunani Group, has been a professional Economist since 1988. He has been involved in financial markets since 1996 and has been a rated analyst in both Economic Trends and Fixed Interest Research for many years – he was rated third in the category for Domestic Economic Trends in the 2010 ranking of analysts.

Johan has extensive experience, primarily as a Sell-Side Analyst, but has also managed domestic bond, money market, as well as international portfolios as an employee of a domestic asset management company. He held the position of Chief Economist and Strategist at various stockbroker companies such as ABN Amro Securities (Pty) Ltd. He also assumed various managerial positions and is currently the Managing Director of Vunani Securities (Pty) Ltd.
