Jose Fortes Eduardo has four years of experience in public sector, specially working as civil servant in Angola National Institute of Professional Education, one public organization which provide professional education and find job opportunity to unemployed people. in this company he is responsible for the job opportunity recruitment system in Benguela province department. Jose is graduated in Law with emphasis in Public and Economic Law. in part time he works as lawyer in Benguela province courts. in spate time, he also volunteer developing environmental projects.
