Joseph Ndaba

Joseph Ndaba is a South African founder and Freelance trainer of Creativ Minds Training & Business Consultancy, an expert in delivering professional and innovative training interventions – both soft skills, managerial and computer training interventions.

His passion for Training and Development has seen him delivering training for big corporations and changing the lives of many employees, developing leaders and entrepreneurs. Mr. Ndaba has been in Training and IT Industry for the past 10 years and with the skills and educational background he can be an asset to any company. He has held various technical; managerial and leadership positions that have helped him gain a solid understanding of business, leadership, personal development and people management.

He has acquired great work ethics and business experience in both the big corporate and SMME environments. In addition he has completed higher diploma in Information Technology (A+, Networking, Graphic Designing, Ms Office and Programming), diploma in Marketing & Advertising, Train the Trainer, Computerized Secretarial, Finance for Non Financials, Assessor. Currently studying BCOM Business Management through Da Vinci Institute of Technology Management

Joseph is a value adding member of the Information Systems Industry Board member (North West University) and North West University Enactus Business Advisory Board Member, a dynamic and passionate entrepreneur, business coach, and mentor with vast experience in management, consulting, coaching, training, innovation and facilitation. It is his nurturing character, his interactions with diverse number of people and entrepreneurs, and his business acumen that led him to start this company.
