Joyce Gyebi

Joyce Gyebi has over four years’ experience as a food entrepreneur. Currently, Joyce runs Mukasechic, where they focus on documenting and projecting Ghanaian heritage through food and culture. Joyce holds a bachelor’s degree in theater arts and music from the University of Ghana. She loves cooking and seeks to motivate the youth to be able to see the endless possibility in the food industry and culture. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Joyce will be a leading and impactful female mentor in her community. Joyce Gyebi will continue reaching young culinary students in the tertiary schools to encourage and motivate them to see a world full of possibilities in the food industry.
