Juan Obama Akue Nchama
Juan Obama Akue Nchama has over 10 years’ engineering experience at Schlumberger Oilfield Services. He’s a project coordinator for testing operations focusing on personnel management, operation delivery, and client expectations in Abidjan. Juan Obama Akue Nchama volunteers in the organization of charity football matches to raise funds for children at Luba hospitals, and is planning to increase this activity to other cities in Equatorial Guinea. Juan holds an MBA in Project Management from Francisco de Vitoria University of Madrid, and Electrical Engineering from Mohamed 1 University in Morocco. He’s currently focused on an agricultural project in Malabo aimed at reducing basic food importation from Cameroon and Nigeria(Africa) by 50% by 2020, in order to benefit from Equatorial Guinea’s very productive land. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Juan plans to continue on the agricultural project and join in partners to work together to achieve this goal for his country.
