Justin Fortune

Justin started his career as a waiter in 1989 before becoming a restaurant manager and working overseas in the hospitality industry. He joined Spur Corporation in January 2000 as an operations manager and was then promoted to regional manager. Justin assisted in opening restaurants in the UK, Mauritius and Namibia. He was appointed chief operating officer for The Hussar Grill in January 2014
