Keith Rowley

Keith Rowley joined Liquid Telecom (Africa) in June 2013 and is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of network design, specifications, inventory capture and planning of the passive network infrastructure across the group.

Keith Rowley brings over 18 years’ practical and theoretical technical experience within the telecommunications Industry, specialising in the design, delivery and operations of bespoke and complex optical fibre based network implementations, with a particular focus in his more recent years on low latency finance trading platforms. He has worked for some of the largest infrastructure operators within the European and US markets, including Level 3 Communications, Colt Telecommunications and euNetworks. He regularly travels globally in order to keep Liquid Telecom’s growing networks up-to-date with developed and emerging technologies. He lives in Dubai, UAE, with his wife and son.

Keith is currently serving his second elected term as Director of International Operations at the “FibreOptic Industry Association [FIA]” headquartered in the United Kingdom. A non-profit, independent association committed to communicating and evolving best practices for the global fibre optic Industry.
