The owner of a various enterprises including one with almost a thousand associates, he interacts with people on a personal and leadership level every day, while maintaining the essential balance of life.
He draws from his experiences as a high-school drop-out, ex drug-squad cop, SA Naval officer, audiometrist, radio announcer and university group communication skills lecturer. Ken is the producer or presenter of various training videos and was the Chairman of Ceremonies for Africa – producers of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2003 Opening Ceremony.
He founded INTRA-TRAIN a national training company, is an amateur military historian, licenced FireWalk instructor, team building leader and scuba dive-master. Based in Cape Town he is married to Penny Jones, South Africa’s premier stadium theatre producer. They are co-recipients of Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Award. Previous recipients include: Clem Sunter, FW de Klerk, Dr Ali Bacher, Hansie Cronje, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Pieter-Dirk Uys and Taddy Blecher.
