Khaya Ngcwembe

Khaya Ngcwembe joined Lonmin on 1 May 2017 as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Khaya Ngcwembe has extensive experience in human resources having spent approximately 18 years in senior and executive roles at various companies and most recently as Human Resources Director for all of South African Breweries (SAB). Khaya holds a number of qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree from UNISA, an MBA from UCT Graduate School of Business and post graduate qualifications in Industrial Relations from the University of Stellenbosch and the Executive Development Programme from the University of Michigan.
