Kutlwano Christian-Tripp Moloi is a Transformational Youth Leader and Development Agent. A South African published & gold-status author with over 80 000 total reads globally – earning him an impressive achievement of 8x gold trophies on Booksie Publications. A multi award-winning creative, a recognized business leader at the Founder of the Year (FOYA) Awards, the Top 16 Youth-Owned Brands, and 40 Under Forty South Africa.
Kutlwano is an influential thought leader & strategic manager with over 6 years of experience in effectively leading, managing and developing teams (including remotely) to achieve desired results for projects, departments, and campaigns. – Youth Empowerment Tour
A public speaking campaign that aims to eradicate youth unemployment and foster a new culture of job creation, ownership, wealth creation and the elimination of poverty by empowering the youth and class of 2023 with practical tools on self-development and entrepreneurship training – to stimulate economic development.
– Youth Fitness Movement
A community initiative designed to help young people in local townships stay fit and healthy. The aim of the project is to decrease the levels of substance abuse and addiction amongst the youth.
He is the author of “Water Your Soul” (2022), the Founder and CEO of “Moloi Business Leadership Firm”. President at the “Black Younique Creatives Council of South Africa” (BYCCOSA) which was awarded as the country’s Top 100 Organizations in 2021. The Founder/CEO of “Batho Community Movement” – and its nonprofit gym “Batho Fitness”. The co-founder of poetry & digital publishing movement “New Age Enlightenment” – with +7 000 followers on Facebook.
His work has been featured on local and national organizations, radio stations and websites such as “Glen Radio FM” and “PharmaFinds” as a solution for eradicating social issues in local communities. He successfully led as the creative director of two Fashion Shows hosted by local brands (in 2019 & 2022) and delivered a keynote at the Young People in Business Conference 2022. Kutlwano’s skill as a creative director earned the photographer he directed on the project with 3x accolades at the digital “321Awards” for 2019. He has also been awarded as The Best Inspirational Poet for 2018 by reaching over 100 000 people on Social Media. Making him the most well-known online teenage poet in SA during that time.
Kutlwano collaborated with international writers such as Doria Sanders and Kia Flow which are both based in the United States of America. Hired & coached a qualified staff of industry professionals, and empowered many youth individuals to pursue their dreams.
