Kwabena Tontoh Kankam Yeboah
Kwabena Tontoh Kankam-Yeboah has over five years of experience in power generation. Currently, Tontoh is a Business Planning Engineer at the Volta River Authority (VRA), the largest power generation company in Ghana, where he focuses on the Thermal Generation Eastern Operational Area’s performance management issues and business opportunities. His experience spans operations and maintenance, asset management, power projects development and management, and business planning. Kwabena Tontoh Kankam Yeboah holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Management from Coventry University. Tontoh has committed to industry best practices and hopes to learn how the energy policies of a country can be improved and implemented through effective public management practices. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Tontoh plans to use his experience to create and develop more efficient power generation and management systems.
