Having started his advertising career at award winning Joburg agency Chillibush, Kwanele went on to establish Theo & Lotte in New York. T&L is a boutique real estate and hospitality creative agency, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), founded by Kwanele in response to the lack of diversity and inclusion he experienced working within New York’s real estate industry. T&L is focused on utilizing its culturally attuned creative and design capabilities to make real estate and hospitality assets more accessible, and representative of the diverse communities they serve. Kwanele’s passionate about changing the way developers include and reflect the needs of diverse communities through carefully curated design, messaging, and imagery.
