Vice President Supplier Management & Transformation, Sasol
Lebelo originally hails from Takelkop, just outside Groblersdal but now resides in the West of Johannesburg with his wife and 3 children. He has a degree in B.Juris Law as well as a Development Programme & Labour Relations and an Advanced Project Management certification from the UNISA School of Business Leadership (SBL).
He joined Sasol in July 2000 starting in Sasol Technology (now Group Technology) and has worked in the Shared Services (PSS) environment with all of his roles being in the Capital Projects space. As part of Project Phoenix, in 2013, Lebelo was promoted to Vice President Capital Projects Procurement in Supply Chain. In March 2018, he was appointed Vice President for Supplier Management and Transformation and is responsible for crafting a new supplier transformation strategy for the Sasol Group. This includes onboarding new suppliers that were historically distant from supply chain environments. His portfolio also includes enterprise and supplier development.×Stayed in South Africa.
