Leroy Gopal
Leroy Gopal is no stranger to the entertainment industry. A trained actor with a BA (Honors) in Live Performance and Motion Picture. Leroy Gopal was one of two students to ever win the prestigious M-NET Student Of The Year award 2003/4 consecutively.
Leroy has starred in many local productions in South Africa (Backstage, Home Affairs, One Way, Jozi H, Jacobs Cross and Hola Pinji) as well as the lead actor in the award winning full length feature film Yellow Card. (best actor at the Dhow Film Festival 2000)
He also played leading roles in short films for M-net such as, Through the Flight of a feather (screened at the Cannes Film Fest.) Scared Instinct, Four Days and Hush.
