Letsebang Gabontshwe

Lettie Gabontshwe is a health professional with more than six years of experience working in various managerial capacities in NGO’s dealing with health issues. She currently serves as the Program Coordinator with BONELA, one of the largest human rights organizations in the country. Lettie is also the Coordinator for the Cancer Association of Botswana where she is responsible for managing the interim home and helping patients generate income for themselves through the bead work project. She worked with Population Services International in partnership with the Ministry of Health on their Same Male Circumcision Campaign. After completing the Washington Fellowship, Lettie plans to use the knowledge and skills acquired to open an orphanage in Botswana
