Liebe Jeannot is the Founder and Managing Partner of Akazi Capital, a blockchain-based impact fund investing in early-stage ventures owned and led by female entrepreneurs in Sub-Saharan Africa. Akazi Capital bridges the massive funding gap facing these dynamic and promising entrepreneurs, supporting them to grow their businesses and thereby contributing to bolstering the communities and economies in which they operate.
Originally from South Africa but having lived and worked in North America and Asia, she has a global perspective and loves connecting individuals from various backgrounds and fostering new partnerships.

After a career in private client wealth management, she pivoted to a career in impact investing and has experience in financial inclusion and gender lens investing. She is excited about the wonderful opportunities to invest in Africa and believes that women as capital allocators will play an important role in the future of the continent.
