Lincoln Winimi Peedah

Lincoln Winimi Peedah has over eight years of experience in various fields of rural microfinance, commodity value-chain financing, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Lincoln is a credit manager of Toende Rural Bank Ltd, where he focuses on credit delivery for the rural productive poor. He has created employment for the youth in his area through his series of businesses. He offers free training sessions in leadership and entrepreneurship with the aim of helping young people identify business opportunities within their localities in Ghana.Lincoln Winimi Peedah holds a master’s degree in Business Planning and Microfinance Management from the University for Development Studies, where he focused on how beneficiaries have improved their savings and business skills through the ‘Credit with Education’ model. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Lincoln plans to continue his work in rural micro-financing to rebrand his businesses so as to create more employment for the youth in his community.
