Loyiso Ndlovu
Loyiso Ndlovu is the Executive Manager: Commercial Development & Business Banking and was appointed on 01 August 2015. She holds a BSc: Industrial Information Technology; Post-Graduate Management Development Programme; MBA.
Loyiso Ndlovu is the Executive Manager: Commercial Development & Business Banking at Land Bank. She also previously headed the Strategy, Policy and Marketing portfolio within the Bank.
Having already spent 25 years in the development sector, Loyiso has gained extensive experience in the fields of management consulting, banking and development finance. During this time, she held a number of senior positions at various organisations including Director at the continental infrastructure firm, Bigen Africa, Executive member at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), as well as non-executive Director of Conservation International South Africa.
A strategist at the core, she has worked to enhance the operations of various industries and sectors, from Development Finance, Print Publishing, IT and currently, the agriculture and infrastructure sectors.
Loyiso is both a fellow of the African Leadership Initiative (ALI), which is part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and a fellow at the Steve Biko Foundation. She is a member of the Institute for People Management (IPM) as well as a member of the National Committee on Climate Change (NCCC).
