Lucette Konan Aya Emma Andoh, Having worked for more than five years in marketing and communication, Lucette has joined Save the Children in Côte d’Ivoire – a leading international organization promoting children’s rights. As the communications officer, she contributes to achieving the objectives of programs being run for communities in her country. Ambitious and a people-oriented young leader, Lucette Konan Aya Emma Andoh is passionate about the empowerment of women and girls, as well as the personal development of the youth in her community with whom she shares her personal, professional and research-based experiences. After the Mandela Washington Fellowship and the professional development experience, she will return and be an asset to her organization. She will develop, implement, and improve programmatic and advocacy projects. She will also initiate and develop her own project of training and mobilizing other women to work together in developing programs for revenue-generating businesses to empower girls and women, and encourage young Ivorians to succeed.
