Lushen Pather

I am the Divisional Head: Bank Supervision at the Prudential Authority of the South African Reserve Bank. Prior to joining the Prudential Authority, I was Chief Financial Officer of Sasfin Holdings Limited and Sasfin Bank Limited. I have extensive experience in banking including the full ambit of financial control, risk management, capital and liquidity management. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and completed the Advanced Management and Leadership Program at Oxford University.  I completed all my studies part-time and my CA training was at Ernst and Young. I was a finalist Young CFO in the 2017 Annual CFO Awards.
