M B Khanyile

Dr M B Khanyile is currently the Managing Director of Marshaps College, and also serves as an external supervisor for Master’s and Doctoral students at the Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL), University of South Africa (UNISA). He was previously an executive at Barclays Africa Group as General Manager: Strategy and Business Sustainment. He has also worked for the Department of Defence as Director:

Planning and Programming in the Policy and Planning Division. He served as a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Military Studies (CEMIS), which is a part of the Faculty of Military Studies at Stellenbosch University.

Dr M B Khanyile holds a PhD in International Politics from the University of Pretoria, an MBL from UNISA and an MA in Political Science from Stellenbosch University. He has studied at various international academic institutions, such as Christian-Albrechts-Universitat zu Kiel, Germany, Ashridge College in England and the Post-Graduate Naval School in the USA. He has a keen interest and vast experience in strategy development, value extraction, executive project management, mobile payment solutions and biometric technology.
