M. Z. Chimbghandah

M. Z. Chimbghandah was born in Zimbabwe and holds a Diploma in Social Work from the School of Work (Zimbabwe), and a Bachelor of Social Work and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the University of Zimbabwe. Matthew has over 26 years of experience in manpower and personnel positions in Zimbabwe, gained through positions held with Harare City Council, the Posts and Telecommunications Corporation, Anglo American Corporation Limited and Colcom Holdings Limited. He joined OK Zimbabwe in 1990 as Personnel Director (now Human Resources Executive), a post he holds to date.

Matthew attended an Executive Programme in Human Resources at the University of Cape Town and is also a qualified OD Consultant.
