Makhakhe Maliehe

Makhakhe Maliehe is the Managing Director at Liberty Lesotho. He holds a B.Comm in Accounting from University of Lesotho; B.Comm Honors in Marketing and M.Comm in Business Management from the University of the Free State.

He also holds Certificate of Proficiency in Basics of Long-term Insurance and has completed the following programmes: Strategic Thinking & Execution for Growth Programme, Management Development Program, Strategic Media Relations & Corporate Branding.

Makhakhe is a performance driven professional with over 20 years of experience in areas of Marketing, Advertising, Accounting, and Insurance. He worked at Lesotho National Broadcasting Services as Advertising and Marketing Manager for 8 years. He then moved to Water and Sewerage Company to manage their customer service for 6 years. He then spent 4 years heading the Retail Department at Metropolitan Lesotho. He then moved to Liberty to start up its operations in Lesotho as the Managing Director.
