Mami Fatou Said

Mami Fatou Said has twelve years of experience in Human Resources. She started her HR career in the energy sector (Electrogaz). She started with the banking sector in 2007 where she worked with Access Bank Rwanda SA for four years as Country Human Resources Manager.

Mami Fatou Said broadened her expertise when playing the role of Group Human Resources Manager of Crystal Ventures Ltd for three years. Her areas of expertise are change management, company reorganization and structure definition, performance management, skills audit, compensation and benefit, recruitment process and manpower planning, policies and procedures definition and alignment.

Mami went back to the Banking sector in 2014 when she joined Guaranty Trust Bank (Rwanda) as a Country Head of Human Resources; She had to drive the change management process and played a strategic role during the integration process. In April 2017 , she joined Bank of Kigali where she is working as Head of Human Resources.

Mami holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology from Independent University of Kigali and an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University.
