Mandisa Ntloko
Mandisa Ntloko has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer at BCX as from 1 August 2018. She has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and is an empowering leader who likes to surround herself with talented people. Mandisa expects delivery and accountability, but is never afraid of getting her hands dirty. Her key interests lie in brand strategy, content marketing and driving sales through account-based and opportunity-centric marketing.
Prior to joining BCX, she was GM of enterprise marketing at MTN Business, where she was responsible for all marketing initiatives in the SME, private sector, public sector, partnerships and strategic relationship areas of the business.
She is the previous marketing and communications director of Accenture South Africa, where one of her career highlights was developing a brand positioning campaign strategy for the organisation. Mandisa was also the previous marketing executive for Dimension Data Middle East and Africa, and a marketing communications manager at Nokia, both in South Africa and in Helsinki, Finland.
During her time in Helsinki, she was exposed to global marketing standards and gained experience in the areas of mobile messaging, commerce, streaming solutions and 3G applications, managing a virtual marketing team across the different businesses. As a former senior account manager at Text 100, she was part of the PR team that launched Microsoft Windows 95 in South Africa.
Mandisa believes in the importance of working within a collaborative environment and is excited to apply her ICT marketing experience at BCX.
