Mandisa Seleoane is the Executive Director of Group Human Resources at Nampak South Africa.

Prior to joining Nampak Mandisa was the Group Human Capital executive at Adapt IT (Pty) Ltd and has held executive positions at Primedia and De Beers.

Mandisa Seleoane is a Psychology graduate with post-graduate qualifications in HR, Business Management and Executive Coaching.

+18 years of HR experience acquired at some of South Africa’s leading enterprises, large and small, and in different sectors

+14 years HR leadership experience, including in excess of 7 years of Board membership and experience.

A proven track record of delivering demonstrable business value through the deployment of effective HR solutions.

A combination of consulting and industry experience, and a career encompassing various specialist and generalist roles; as well as practical P&L experience.
