Margaret Mwuese Nongo Okojokwu

Margaret Nongo-Okojokwu has over seven years of experience in the media industry, focusing on energy reporting. Currently, Margaret is the Editor of Orient Energy Review, where she promotes local content development across the entire energy value chain in Africa. The Orient Energy Review is a choice medium for accurate information dissemination on energy events in Africa through media partnerships and facilitation of energy events across the sector. Margaret Mwuese Nongo Okojokwu holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Nigeria. She is a Public Speaker at various energy forums. Upon completion of her Mandela Washington Fellowship, Margaret plans to continue her work on local content development with a focus on advocacy on environmental protection and better living conditions for people in host communities where Hydrocarbon exploration activities take place. She looks to expand the company’s operations to cover more regions in Africa and beyond.
