Mariusz Nowak

Prior to joining EPP, Mariusz Nowak had worked for 13 years in Echo Investment capital group within property management supervising structures. Most recently, as Senior Asset Manager, he was responsible for the entire portfolio of office properties owned Echo.

Currently, as the Head of Office Operations, Mariusz Nowak is responsible for the portfolio of office properties belonging to  EPP, as well as the facilities managed by EPP, but owned by other investors, including Q22 office building.
