Marthinus (Matie) W von Wielligh has extensive engineering, operational and business experience and currently consults on business strategy, new business development, operational improvement, capital efficiency feasibility studies and project management. Previously, at Iscor Mining and Kumba Resources he served in various management and senior management positions before becoming managing director of Sishen Iron Ore Company. Matie holds other directorships and is a nonexecutive Chairman of Vega Asset Management (Pty) Limited.
