Martin Munyiri

Martin Munyiri joined TransCentury PLC  in 2011 and is responsible for managing the finance function of the company. During his period at the company, Martin has gained extensive experience through his involvement in the acquisition and integration of various investments such as Civicon Group and Tanelec Group. Until his promotion to this role, Martin was the Financial Controller in charge of management and statutory reporting across the Group.

Prior to joining TransCentury PLC , Martin worked in the audit and risk advisory services department of KPMG Kenya, where he was responsible for leading audit teams in the planning, execution and completion of financial audits and reviews.

While at KPMG, Martin gained significant experience in providing assurance & non-assurance services to adverse portfolio of clients ranging from the Banking & Finance Industry to the Consumer & Industrial sectors. Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting Major) from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya – CPA (K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
