Mashwahle Diphofa

Mr Mashwahle Diphofa was appointed director-general in the Department of Public Service and Administration in December 2011. He holds BAPaed and BEd degrees from the University of the North and Master of Education and Master of Management (Public and Development Management) degrees from the the University of the Witwatersrand. Mr Diphofa’s professional career includes serving as Director-General in the Office of the Public Service Commission (OPSC), a post he assumed after serving as deputy director-general: Monitoring and Evaluation, and later deputy directorgeneral: Leadership and Management Practices in the OPSC. Before joining the OPSC, Mr Diphofa worked for the Department of Public Service and Administration as a chief director in the service delivery improvement branch.
