Mats Kuuskemaa

Mats Kuuskemaa is Head of Business Strategy at the Government of Estonia’s e-Residency programme. He has previously worked at the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with trade and investment policy, as Consul and Economic Officer at the Estonian Embassy in New Delhi and as Political Counsellor at the Estonian Embassy in Beijing.
