Michael Rogers

Michael Rogers is a graduate in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Michael Rogers has some fifty years experience in operational, technical and executive capacities in the coal, platinum, gold and antimony mines and business in South Africa, and in copper in Namibia.

At present he is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Royal Bafokeng Platinum Ltd and the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Fox Consultants and Project Managers (Pty) Ltd.

He is Chairman of the Professional Advisory Committee (Mining Engineering) of the Engineering Council of SA and a Past President of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
