Michael Ruwende

Michael Ruwende has primary responsibility over the management of property developments , redevelopment projects  and property portfolio maintenance and his brief include the communication, status reporting, risk management and ensuring that all projects being undertaken by the company are delivered within budget, specified quality and on time.

Michael Ruwende holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from University of Reading (UK) and Bachelor of Quantity Surveying Honours degree in Zimbabwe. In addition he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the College of Estate Management in the United Kingdom.
