Michelle is a globally recognised investor, Blockchain and Digital transformation expert working across emerging markets with a focus on Africa to support the flow of liquidity and implementation of Digital Transformation programs. Michelle owns and runs only black African female-led FinTechs (Global Policy House -GPH), focused on delivering solutions in Digital Economy (Ai, Blockchain, Data, Digital currency, and other digital asset solutions). GPH is also the only ESG-driven group investing in policy reforms and digital upskilling programs to support women, youth, and under-represented groups.

Michelle is a senior Government Advisor working with several global governments and international groups including the Government, including the the African Union and the United Nations. Michelle is well known for her work in connecting policy and Digital Transformation/Blockchain having engaged in the digital asset market space since 2010. She has been recognized as DigitalTransformation Woman of the Year 2022, Top 10 Women in Blockchain in Africa, and one of the Top 40 Global Fintech4Good Fellows with the United Nations.
