Michelle Esau

Michelle Esau is a Professor in the School of Government in the Economic and Management Sciences Faculty. Her teaching and research interests include human resources management, ethics in the public sector, democracy and citizenship
Michelle has been involved in a number of international projects over the past years. These include the Trust project funded by the Norwegian Government; the Dynamics for Building a Better Society (DBBS) Programme; and the Citizenship Project funded by the Ford Foundation.
She supervises a number of Masters and PhD theses ranging from issues of citizenship to issues of public policy.
