Monica Kambo

Monica Kambo is a seasoned professional, who has demonstrated cross-functional leadership having managed some of our key businesses and talent as a managing director + general manager for blue-chip clients such as Coca-Cola, Nestle and Airtel with scope for Sub-Saharan Africa. Her experience spans over 18 years and as the lead in HR – has been instrumental in developing and up-scaling talent in our Africa operations, to develop both capacity and capability needed in managing brands that cut across borders. Monica Kambo holds a Master’s Degree in Global Human Resource management from the University of Liverpool, is an accredited MCIM (Chartered institute of Marketing-UK and has recently attended INSEAD/ALU courses.
