Moses Mogakolodi Kebalepile

Moses Kebalepile is a doctoral candidate at the medical school of the University of Pretoria. He holds a Master’s of Public Health with a strong background in basic medical Sciences. His research focus is the interplay of Environmental Toxicology, Epidemiology and Respiratory health, using asthma as a proxy. As an innovator, he currently has a provisional patent of a diagnostic medical device. He also has many other inventive ideas at different conceptual stages. He has two years’ experience (as a partner) working with NPOs focusing on education projects (career guidance, counselling, and exploration) and health promotion (i.e. Diabetes awareness). As an innovator, researcher, scientist and activist, Moses intends to run a foundation with seven pillars on his return from the Fellowship (including human capital development, public health, human science research, environmental health, innovation and technology, education, and career development) with a vision to develop susceptible communities and alleviate extreme poverty.
