She has worked in the advertising industry, in both client services and strategy development roles. Mpho is the Chief Marketing Officer for Wunderman South Africa, a network of digital marketing advertising agencies that deliver integrated brand marketing solutions for some leading global brands. She is a committee member of AMASA (Advertising Media Association of South Africa) since 2014 and currently serves as committee member of the Marketing Achievement Awards Council
